We are real estate investors located in the Philadelphia suburbs. We have rental properties and we buy, fix, and re-sell. The other department of our real estate investing business is buying and re-selling properties across the US in several states. We primarily buy at auctions and through the banks.
For properties that are not in our target markets for rehabbing or to keep as rental properties, we sell them off individually and give them to experienced landlords, rehabbers, and homeowners such as yourself for pennies on the dollar.
We prefer cash offers, but we also provide owner financing as well so you don't need to deal with banks or hard money lenders.
