Who is Paul Lizell?
About 20 years ago, Paul started investing in real estate (first deal was a local renovated and re-sell property), and this part-time investing became his obsession. Paul bought several more properties that first year to renovate and re-sell, while he worked at his full time job. Fast forward to today, Paul and Michael have bought houses in over 40 states.

A: Years ago, I was sitting in a real estate investor meeting, doing math and trying to figure out how much a real estate wholesaler can make per year.
What I started to realize is that the traditional way that most people teach real estate wholesaling is more time intensive and you make less net income assuming the same revenue.
When I was doing traditional wholesaling, if you want to run it like a business then this is what a structure would look like.
