Please add us to your buyers list. We are currently looking for rehab deals, primarily targeting properties with three or more bedrooms. We've purchased in 44 out of 50 states, so we are open to any market.

Here's an example of what a deal looks like for us: If the after-repair value is $225,000 and it needs $50,000 in renovations, our purchase price will be around $110,000. We aim for a 20% or higher return on investment for our deals.

We also love whole-tail real estate deals, as they require less rehab and can be put on the market quicker. If you have any whole-tail deals, please reach out to us.
